Important announcement first:

I'll be starting my new chapter of life from early 2026. Unfortunately, I won't be able to bring my PC/workstation to the new place. Thus, until I decided whether to build another workstation or rent one online, I'll be on a long hiatus for a while. Fear not, during this downtime, I'll build new ideas and stories. In addition, I have to spend time to get used to my new routines.

===============================

In case you don't know, the cover girl is the new version of Moxy~

A few days ago, when I was reviewing my earliest works, I was suddenly aware that it has been six years ever since my first project. This is a great achievement to me. I have no idea how I have persisted this long. I guess the real passion would look like it. I started post MMD related stuff under the name SafalaTheGaze eight years ago. I later moved on to the account Darchanum. I vanished then reappeared as the one you know today. I don't call myself artists, just someone who pieces 3D assets together like playing lego. Still, I do it with burning passion.

I know that I can be really annoying sometimes. Requests that were never finished, commissions that were terminated(by me,) and I'm very conscious of the fact that I don't listen to a lot of suggestions, instead, I work on the topics/projects that I'm interested in. And from time to time I would vanish for a few weeks, or even months without notice. In my defense, I had been through some abusive requesters. And they're not even my Patreon or Fanbox members!

Indeed, I hold a very specific ideas about this petrification thing, and I'm fanatical about it. To me, petrification/inanimation is one of ultimate form of bondage.

My preferences, in no particular orders, are:

- the loss of autonomy is the main selling point to me;

- the statues would be sentient and feeling;

- the statues would be completely immobilised once the transformation is done;

- the statues would be in euphoria or at least in somewhat positive mood. The mere thought of that they would be in eternal agony is abhorrent to me;

- the transformation would be permanent but reversible;

- the statues would be indestructible as long as they enjoy their current stat. Shattering is not my cup of tea. And yes, I know you could play a lot of shenanigans could be played with invincible statues.

Now you see the reason why I'm really stingy on some of the suggestions. It's not personal, I promise! I might explore the different ideas in the future, however, I give no promise.

As you know, I'm currently working on a relaxed pace. I recall that, around 2022, I had the intention to become a full-time creator. The quality of my works during that period, to me, are quite sad. I was rushing everything and finally hit a breakpoint. I had a huge burnout. I guess I'm not the type who pumps out content every other day.

There are many plans, ideas and projects I have wanted to do. And it is my intention to continue on this passion of mine.

Thanks for your reading~
